Waverly, VA.+Road Trip=Perfect Sunday

As most know the only day that Ashley and I both have off together is Sunday. Adventures are always in order, this Sunday was not a exception. After a telephone call and google search we hit the road. The trip was 85 miles round trip so not too far and absolutely beautiful with no traffic. During our trip we encountered fields of cotton and peanuts with more rebel flags than a country music concert. So if anyone is looking for a quick get away head toward Waverly, VA you will not be disappointed. I hope you enjoy the photos especially of the creepy deserted church. Until next time; Keep on Keeping on

Hund's Recycle Factory!

This week has been very hectic sorry for the delay in my post. Eventful to say the least, but exceptionally fun. Here is a short recap last weekend we went to Mt. Trashmore got some awesome pics of the park and local skate boarders as well, wanted to work on my in motion photos.  Following the weekend I received my new laptop which I still don't know how to use, new wheels on my bike, crazy school schedule with 2 tests and to top it off had a nice little shoot at Hund's Recycle Factory it's located 4915 Colley Ave. Norfolk, VA. 23508. The shop is awesome and he takes care of all the local cyclist in the area with great service, endless knowledge, and very competitive prices. ( I was able to ride up there on my bike, get new grip tape put on and ride away in 30 mins tops) Not to mention the crew at Hund's is always on point and can shred on any style bike. After the shoot, me and a few dudes met up Thursday night for a  late night ride 10pm-midnight I highly enjoyed the ride. In my opinion there is nothing like 4 dudes moshing threw a deserted downtown hitting speeds up to 37mph with no room for error and no worries on our minds it's the only way to be one with the bike. If you guys have any input on new places to ride or take photos please let me know. Until next time keep moshing...

This is the new Kids Cove....I still prefer the old wooden one. When I was younger, I can remember crawling through the wood corridors trying to play hide and seek with my brothers. In my opinion, the wood park was much better because it absorbed the surroundings, each scratch or dent in the wood was like sepulchral art...it had a sense of being.  - Ashley

To me, this stick looks like a unicorn :)    -Ashley
